We do not gather any user identifiable information when you use our DriveAware device, RideAware app or GeoTag reporting tool. The DriveAware device’s location is used to check and alert you to any approaching hazards. If you agree or disagree with any alerts or report new hazards, we may store the following information allocated to an anonymized ID for the purposes of enhancing the Trinity database for all users.
- the location, heading and time when you reported a hazard or agreed/disagreed with any alert
- the type of alert you report, chosen from pre-defined values
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
